Announcing that “there are some things even I won’t do,” a Washington, D.C. trash truck indignantly spit out its contents moments after collecting the refuse from behind the U.S. Capitol. Other trucks soon followed suit, leading to a malodorous mess that long-time D.C. residents mistook for a joint committee meeting.
“I mean, come on,” the truck continued, “have you seen what they put in those bins? Bloviations, distortions, accusations, continuing resolutions, filibusters. Leaves a bad taste in a guy’s mouth, you know?”
A hazardous waste disposal unit eventually removed the garbage from the United Nations, but only by promising their trucks that it was for the good of the world.
