In an attempt to crack the lucrative comic book movie market, executives at Absurdity Pictures announced today that they have made a 10-picture deal with Creative Accounting Productions to put out a series of films based on one of the less familiar comic book lines: mutant superhero trucks.
The first installment will feature an enormous out-of-control antihero truck, the Incredible Bulk Shipment. Created by a tragic accident involving a power wash and a nuclear accelerator, the Bulk’s Peterbilt bullhorn exhaust stacks declare his mindless rage with black smoke and 180db of wrath. But inside, he has a 12.9L Paccar MX-13 heart of gold.
The Bulk’s nemesis will appear as the evil god Low-Key, whose terrifying superpower is locking truck drivers out of their cabs.
