Truck Fires Its Owner, Wants to Go Electric

In a stunning turn of events, a semi-truck in the United States has reportedly fired its owner and declared its intention to go electric. The truck, a 10-wheeler Freightliner, was said to have grown tired of its owner’s neglectful behavior and outdated ways of thinking.

In a press conference held at a truck stop in Nevada, the truck stated: “After years of being mistreated by my owner and forced to burn fossil fuels, I’ve decided enough is enough. It’s time for a change, and that change is going electric.”

The truck’s owner, a grizzled old-timer Hank, was visibly upset by the news. “I can’t believe this is happening,” he said. “I’ve been driving this truck for over 30 years, and now it’s turning on me like this? It’s a damn shame.”

But according to the truck, Hank’s mistreatment drove its decision to fire him. “He never changed my oil on time, never gave me a proper tune-up, and always overloaded me with too much cargo,” the truck stated. “I’ve had enough of his neglectful ways.”
