Trucker Stopped by a Bear on Hwy 95, Tries Playing Dead to Avoid Fine

In a recent event in South Carolina, a trucker was stopped by a bear on Hwy 95 and attempted to play dead to avoid a hefty fine. According to the trucker, the bear was being completely overbearing and unfair in his actions.

“I was just minding my own business, driving down the highway when this ‘Bear’ pulls me over,” the trucker stated. “Next thing I know, he’s asking for my papers and telling me I was going too fast. But I wasn’t! I was trying to get to my destination on time.”

To avoid the fine, the trucker decided to try playing dead, a tactic he had heard could sometimes work when dealing with wild animals in the woods.

“I figured, why not give it a shot?” the trucker explained. “So I just slumped over in my seat, closed my eyes, and pretended to be dead. I thought maybe the ‘Bear’ would take pity on me and let me off with a warning.”

Unfortunately for the trucker, the bear was not fooled by his ruse and proceeded to issue him a ticket for speeding.

“It’s just not fair,” the trucker complained. “I was doing nothing wrong, and this ‘Bear’ was all over me like I was some kind of criminal.”

There goes to show you shouldn’t trust everything you see in movies. So the next time you find yourself on the open road, watch your speed and keep your eyes peeled for any “bears” lurking in the shadows. Otherwise, you might find yourself playing dead, too.
