Treasury Department Replaces Dead Presidents on Currency With Famous Truckers

It hasn’t been long since all of the brouhaha about putting Harriet Tubman on the $20 bill. Well, the Treasury department has more than doubled down on that with its recent blockbuster announcement that ALL of the faces on U.S. money will now feature only renowned American truck drivers.

“It’s more than time to make the change,” explained Treasury Secretary Wilbur Munaply. “After all, Washington, Jefferson, and Jackson owned slaves, Hamilton let his big fat mouth get him shot, Grant was a drunk, Franklin was a philanderer, and Lincoln told dad jokes. Who better to take their place than the all-American truck driver?”

The new list includes $1: Tommy Toonupp, the first (and last) man to drive through a Rocky Mountain avalanche on a bet; $5: Gracie “Boom-Boom” Nytro, who proved that a load of dynamite and a lightning storm was well worth avoiding; Darrell Shuddawuddacuddah, the tragic figure who made tire-inflation safety cages a requirement; and $10: Melanie Uze, who rescued thousands of stranded travelers during the Great Molasses Storage Tank Disaster of 1922.
